Terms of Service

The service

ADEB provides a vetted professional captain who drives the client's own car within Riyadh — by the trip, the hour, or the day — booked through the ADEB app or the WhatsApp concierge. The service is driving of a car the client owns or lawfully holds; ADEB does not supply vehicles.

Booking & payment

• Payment is made in the app after the service is complete; nothing is charged at booking.
• Hourly bookings (2/4/6/8 hours) keep the captain with you for the booked period; day service runs up to nine hours.
• Cancel or amend free of charge before the captain departs; a fee may apply to late cancellations.

Client responsibilities

• The car must be roadworthy, insured, and with valid documents.
• Information provided at booking must be accurate.

ADEB responsibilities

• Vetted, trained captains who observe traffic law and professional conduct.
• Live trip tracking and a contact channel throughout the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
